For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Premium Pearls Plus include www.PremiumPearlsPlus.com and Premium Pearls Plus. Premium Pearls Plus website is a Pearl Parties Live site via Facebook and YouTube. By using the Premium Pearls Plus website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. To better provide you with products and services offered on our Site and Live Shows, Premium Pearls Plus may collect personally identifiable information, such as your: First and Last Name, Mailing Address, E-mail Address, Phone Number. If you purchase from Premium Pearls Plus products, we collect billing and credit card information via our merchant service. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction ONLY. Absolutely no credit card or bank account information will be asked for by us, this will be through our merchant services or PayPal ONLY, nor shall any information of such be saved!

From time to time, Premium Pearls Plus may contact you via email or Facebook messenger, for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.

Premium Pearls Plus Pearl Party Rules:

All guests logging onto our Live shows must at all time show respect to all and the host during the Live Shows. No vulgarity, trolling, spamming, racial remarks, posting your own website, or any other distasteful comments will be tolerated during Premium Pearl Party Live Shows or on any of our websites or social media accounts. Premium Pearls Plus has live monitors constantly monitoring all activity both on and off live shows. If you must contact us for any reason regarding a personal concern, you may do so by personal messaging our Premium Pearls Plus page, email, on through our +website. We will make every effort to respond to you promptly to resolve any issue you may be having. Any person(s) that violate these rules will be promptly blocked from any activity on our social media and live shows. As this interferes with those loyal members and his or her enjoyment of our live shows. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use the Live Show Site, media site ad our website. If you are a parent and you have questions regarding our practices, please contact us immediately.

Premium Pearls Plus Pearl Party Refunds:

If you are dissatisfied with your product(s) Then the said product(s) must be returned in the exact condition they were received to you. Please send us photos of damaged goods prior to return. A full refund will be given upon receipt of your product back to us. There is a 10-day return policy if the product does not meet your standards as described during the Live Shows. All Live Shows are time stamped and we are able to see exactly what you were supposed to receive. No refunds will be given for any item that is not returned to us. If you receive a product that was defective due to shipping, please contact us immediately so that we may remedy the situation. If said product(s) breaks from improper use no refunds or replacements will be offered. If you have missing products, we have inventory on all our products, and are able to track where said product may be. Again, please contact us immediately so we can resolve any issue that may arise. We appreciate all our customers, and would like this to be a great experience for all, we will work with you on any issues you may have.


Premium Pearls Plus Pearl Party Shipping:

Please allow 3-5 business days for your product(s) to arrive. We are very efficient in our shipping as most orders are sent out via USPS with tracking numbers provided to you, the very next day of the show, unless it is the weekend or a holiday. Please allow for a delay during weekends and holidays as the postal service does observe these days. We however, are diligent in packing and shipping in an efficient manner. If you receive a product damage by the postal service, please contact USPS and let them know. Again, we can be contacted at anytime and will respond promptly to assist you in any way we can.

Shipping cost is $5.00 for anywhere in the USA, and as of now we do not ship internationally because of the possibility of loss or customs delays. If you buy a Big Monster and would like to keep the shell, please add $5.00 to your order for shipment of this large shell. The shell will be sanitized prior to shipping. In addition, if you have a custom order, such as, jewelry setting, custom jewelry, and custom dog bows, please allow some extra time for the arrival of your shipment. We will take photos of the customized order and send them to you for your approval before sending.
